Roblox | Adopt Me! | Sugarfest Update

Whether you’re a long-time Roblox fan or a parent who just started playing to stay connected with your kids, it’s time we set the record straight: some of these games are actually a blast.

I originally started playing Adopt Me! as a way to bond with my daughter, Zyarriya. She loves it, and I wanted to be part of her world. But a funny thing happened. I realized I was actually having fun! Now, instead of endlessly scrolling through Netflix trying to find something to watch (which usually ends up being a waste of time anyway), I’d much rather hop on and work on my pet collection.

The "Adult" Secret: It’s Actually Relaxing

A lot of adults think Roblox is "just for kids," but then they’ll spend hours playing repetitive games on their phones. Here’s the difference: Adopt Me! has NO ADS. I absolutely hate being interrupted by a 30-second ad every two minutes. In Adopt Me!, I can just breathe, focus on the mini-games, and relax. It stops me from overthinking or stressing about things I can’t change. It’s pure, uninterrupted focus.

The Sugarfest Event

The latest update, Sugarfest, is easily one of the most entertaining ones yet. What I love most is that they didn’t make it impossibly hard to get the rewards. It feels rewarding, which makes me want to stay on and play longer! They also do LIVE updates where you can get free items or eggs. I think this adds more excitement to the game and playing with friends or family.

The weekend before Easter! 🐰

One of the coolest new additions is the Mochi Meow. To get this legendary cutie, you head over to the playground where it's tied up in licorice ropes. You need 5 Mochi Mallets to set it free. You can buy a mallet for 25,000 Candy Eggs at the stand, or you can win them for free if you get lucky in the Game of Sweets board game!

All the New Sugarfest Pets

Here is the full list of pets you can find in this update and exactly what they cost:

Easter Bunny (Rare): You get this one for free by hatching 25 Candy Eggs! It’s a great goal to work toward while you’re playing the mini-games.

We hatched 25 eggs each and got the Bunny! I think it looks like a decorative egg but they made it like the bunnys sweater. Super cute! 🐰

Cocoadile (Uncommon): 14,000 Candy Eggs. (Tip: You find this one by the Cocoa River campfire at night!)

Gummy Guana (Rare): 7 Candy Chisels. (You earn these by clearing layers in the Candy Cliffs mini-game).

Gumball Caterpillar (Ultra-Rare): 5 Gumballs. (You earn one Gumball for every full lap you complete on the Game of Sweets board).

Waffle Wyrm (Ultra-Rare): 80,000 Candy Eggs.

Mochi Meow (Legendary): 5 Mochi Mallets. (Mallets are 25,000 Candy Eggs each, or free from the board game).

Candicorn (Legendary): 1,000 Robux.

Latte Kitsune (Legendary): 600 Robux. (This one is super aesthetic!)

Chocolate Bunny Boxes

Another super cute addition is the Choccybunny Box! These cost 15,000 Candy Eggs and when you open one, you get a surprise version of the Chocolate Bunny. They come in three different rarities, which is why that last one can be so hard to find:

Milk Choco Bunny (Rare): This is the most common one you'll see, with a 76% chance.

White Choco Bunny (Ultra-Rare): A bit harder to find with a 20% chance.

Dark Choco Bunny (Legendary): The rarest one of the set! There is only a 4% chance of getting this one, so it’s definitely the prize of the collection.

I’ve already managed to get the Milk and White versions, and they are so adorable! I’m still on the hunt for that Legendary Dark Chocolate one to finish the set.

Accessories, Subscriptions, and Guinea Pigs!

Don't forget to check out the new candy-themed accessories! You can grab things like the Cocoadile Hat (7,500 eggs), Gummy Goggles (2,250 eggs), or even the Sour Glider for 60,000 eggs.

We actually decided to get the new Pets Plus subscription, and it’s a total game-changer. The best part is the Pet Handler Pro Certificate, which lets you play with two pets at once! It is so much more fun to have two companions following you around, and it helps you level up twice as fast since you're completing tasks for both at the same time.

The subscription also gives you the Golden Lettuce, which attracts the brand-new Guinea Pigs:

Chocolate Dutch Guinea Pig (Ultra-Rare): 87.5% chance.

Red Dutch Guinea Pig (Legendary): 10% chance.

Tortoiseshell Guinea Pig (Legendary): 2.5% chance.

This month I got the Red Dutch Guinea Pig and Zyarriya got the Chocolate Dutch Guinea Pig. I hope she gets a Legendary one next month when we get a new GoldenLettuce!
